Management and Coordination

Assures the project’s success through efficient and effective overall project management, suitable coordination of activities, continuous communication with all stakeholders

WP2

Definition of the research and innovation strategy

Aims to strengthen both the research and innovation skills of the Widening Partner, of the research group, for achieving the project goals and ensuring the sustainability of these skills beyond the project lifetime

WP3

Strengthening UPORTO research and innovation ecosystem 

Reinforces the visibility and networking channels of the Widening partner as well as its scientific and innovation capacity through knowledge exchange activities targeted to the scientific community, industry, companies, experts and funding agencies

WP4

Empowering of Early-Stage Researchers 

Aims at empowering UPORTO early-stage researchers (ESR), which includes PhD students, through networking and capacity building activities

WP5

Innovation management and exploitation 

Intends to improve the capabilities of UPORTO in terms of innovation management, exploitation and commercialisation of SurfSAFE results, which will include the S&I Agenda, workshops and training sessions, and scientific publications

WP6

Dissemination and Outreach  

Promotes the awareness of the general public, the scientific community and industry for the SurfSAFE project and the results achieved
